Let me assure you: I am here to help you with your goals, not to judge/criticize/rewrite/<insert any negative editor stereotype!>. I (and most editors!) genuinely want to help make your writing the best it can be. I know from experience that receiving feedback is never easy. My writing has been reviewed by peers, professors, colleagues, and management over the years, so I can relate to what you may be feeling at this stage. But my goal is to deliver edits, observations, and advice in a gentle manner that will help align your project with your readers’ expectations. Everyone deserves a skilled, thorough, honest, approachable editor—not an adversary.

I copyedit and proofread a variety of fiction and nonfiction trade books, educational material, business reports, marketing materials, and online content. I also offer manuscript evaluations.
